Returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to be processed. If you’d like to return your product please call 603-339-0002 or email us at email@example.com to arrange the return/exchange.
To receive a refund or exchange, all items included in the original package must be returned. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and include all of the original parts in new condition with no visible wear. Shipping/handling is not refundable. New England Foot Drop Center is not responsible for damage to shoes as a result of attachment, removal or use of the MyQuest soft brace. Damaged Goods must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Be sure to note any damage or poor conditional upon arrival. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact us immediately. Be sure to save product packaging.
Return shipping for installation will not be refunded if the shoes supplied by the customer does not fall within the recommended specifications and is not appropriate for use with the MyQuest soft AFO brace.
In case of material or manufacturing defects, our warranty provides product/part replacement of the ankle wrap, plastic clips or hardware or a refund at our discretion within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise postmarked after the warranty period has expired will not be processed.
